“Alleluia. Christ is risen. The Lord Jesus is risen indeed. Alleluia.”—is the good news of the living Church to world. The Resurrection of Jesus Christ is the perfect revelation of God’s unfathomable power over nature; that through the Holy Spirit, humanity can forever live in God. We now have eternal life in Jesus Christ. When we accept him as our Lord and Savior, an exchange takes place. Jesus takes away our old nature, and he gives us immortality—in fact, he gives us his own life. Our faith in Jesus Christ begins with a promise from God. Thank God for those opportunities to believe in the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. In “My Lord and my God,” St. Thomas confessed that this present life is not all there is.(more)
